  • To confirm your booking: We use your name, phone number, and visit details to follow up via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your site visit or showroom appointment.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot verification on form submissions.
  • Elfsight: Displays customer reviews on our website. Elfsight may use cookies for widget functionality.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta's WhatsApp platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your booking data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. After this period, your personal data is deleted from our active systems. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.
