Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Singapore, included in the price of your bathtub. In-stock models typically deliver within 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation.
Once your stock is allocated, we message you to confirm a 2-hour window for delivery and installation, so you are not waiting around all day. For popular sizes, same-week delivery is sometimes possible. Ask us on WhatsApp for current lead times.
Installation
Professional installation costs between $126 and $432, depending on your bathroom layout, drainage position, and floor level. It is a single service handled by the HERA team, and the fee covers everything involved:
- Delivery of the bathtub into your unit
- Placement in your chosen position
- Connecting the flexible drainage to your existing floor trap
- A leak test before the team leaves
Installation itself usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes on site. There is no hacking, no tiling, and no plumbing modification, so you do not need to engage a separate plumber or contractor. You can usually start using the bathtub the same evening.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your bathtub. Every installation ends with a leak test, so any issue is usually caught on the spot before the team leaves.
Changed your mind. A bathtub can be returned within 1 week, provided it is returned in its original packaging and box. A $50 return fee applies.
A manufacturing defect. If a bathtub has a manufacturing defect, the $50 return fee is waived. Manufacturing faults are also covered for a full year by the HERA warranty, which repairs or replaces the affected part. Because HERA bathtubs are freestanding and connect to your existing drainage, resolving an issue never requires renovation or reworking your bathroom.
Damaged on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you notice it and we will arrange a repair or replacement of the affected part.

This returns policy applies to HERA bathtubs. For vanities, basins, mixers, storage and accessories, message us on WhatsApp and the team will confirm what applies to your order.
Warranty
Every HERA bathtub comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults, covering the acrylic surface, internal frame, drainage components, and included hardware. Registration is automatic with every purchase, so there is no form to fill in. Extended cover is available through the HERA Cares programme, which applies to the product itself.
