The HERA Warranty

Every HERA bathtub comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. The cover applies to the parts that matter most in everyday use:

• The acrylic surface
• The reinforced internal frame
• The drainage components
• The included hardware

Warranty registration is automatic with every purchase, so there is no form to fill in. Keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase, and we will have your details on file if you ever need to make a claim.

HERA Cares Extended Cover

HERA Cares is our programme for cover beyond the standard first year. It applies to the product itself. Installation is not included and is charged separately.

Materials

The warranty is only as good as what sits underneath it. HERA products are made from materials chosen for Singapore's humid climate, not for a showroom photo.

Bathtubs: premium acrylic

HERA bathtubs are made from premium acrylic with a reinforced internal frame. Acrylic retains heat better than steel or cast iron, so the water stays warm longer, and it is significantly lighter, which is what makes no-renovation installation possible. It does not corrode, rust, or absorb moisture, so it holds up well in a tropical bathroom. The surface is scratch-resistant under normal use and can be refinished if it picks up wear over the years.

Vanities: solid PVC

HERA vanity cabinets use a solid PVC body, not particle board or MDF with a coating. Water can sit on it, splash on it, and steam around it without causing warping, swelling, or peeling. Both the vanity cabinet and the side column cabinet share this construction. Each drawer is rated for up to 30kg and runs on a soft-close mechanism that keeps working smoothly however loaded it is.

Caring for Your Bathtub

A little routine care keeps the acrylic looking new. For everyday cleaning, a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner and a soft cloth are all you need. Avoid harsh chemicals, steel wool, or abrasive scrubbers, which can dull the surface over time.

For a deeper clean, a paste of baking soda and warm water lifts limescale gently. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry to prevent water spots. Treated this way, the surface stays smooth and bright for years.

Making a Claim

If you think something is covered by your warranty, message us on WhatsApp at +65 8222 2978 with a short description and, where possible, a photo. Because registration is automatic, you do not need a warranty card, just your proof of purchase. Our team will assess it and arrange a repair or replacement of the affected part.
