What it means
A condo, short for condominium, is a privately developed apartment in Singapore, as opposed to a flat built by the Housing and Development Board, better known as an HDB. When we talk about a "condo bathroom" in the showroom, we simply mean the bathroom of a private apartment: the layouts, sizes, and plumbing arrangements vary widely between developments and eras, but they share the same basic setup as any Singapore bathroom, tiled wet areas with a drain in the floor.
